The accommodation sizes range from 9-20 m².

How should I apply for a place in a CROUS student residence?

To apply for a room, log onto the dedicated platform at the appropriate phase. Click on the "identification" button in the top right-hand corner, and create your account. This page is also available in English.

July- For international students

Am I guaranteed to get a place in a CROUS student residence if I ask for one?

Unfortunately, no. Public student residences are popular and demand is very high This means the chance of finding accommodation in one is low and we strongly recommend you broaden your search.

PRIVATE HOUSING
Housing can also be found through a real estate agency or a private owner, but be aware that searching for accommodation via free online platforms directly connecting landlords and tenants increases the risk of falling victim to a fraud or scam

We therefore strongly recommend that you start your search using our accommodation partners:

What is the best way to avoid rent scams?
  • The safest thing to do is to search for your accommodation through the University's partners and contact us should you have the slightest doubt
  • You should never send money, in any form, to a landlord before signing the lease
  •  You should stop the rental process if the landlord says s/he is abroad and cannot meet you in person
